EMR Delivery Plan

The Government has published for consultation its draft Electricity Market Reform Delivery Plan. This provides details of the support mechanism (long-term Contracts for Differences) and draft strike prices for renewables (first published 27 June). It is designed to help incentivise new low-carbon investment, including towards renewable energy making up more than 30% of UK generation in 2020).
