How have supply chain risks for renewables evolved since 2024?
This is the question the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) commissioned Baringa to explore. DESNZ also asked Baringa to assess how supply chain readiness has changed since our original 2024 study, and to recommend potential industry and policy‑led interventions to address constraints through to 2035.
Baringa’s updated analysis examines progress to date and highlights where further action is needed to support the UK’s renewable deployment ambitions.
