The BIEE is pleased to announce the continuation of its member mentoring programme in 2026 and invites you to participate.
Why take part?
The BIEE sees mentoring as a protected professional relationship where one individual (the mentor) offers to use their own skills, knowledge and experience to help provide professional development guidance to another individual (the mentee). Mentoring can be beneficial for both the mentors and mentees. Mentoring encourages professional and personal growth helping to expand your knowledge and skill set.
Who can take part?
-
Mentors: UK-based professionals with at least 5 years in senior roles, able to provide guidance on professional development in the energy sector, particularly in energy economics.
-
Mentees: Postgraduate students and early-career researchers or professionals.
