UKRI is recruiting Challenge Directors to oversee the delivery of the Research and Development Missions Programme (RDMP). This new, targeted programme is designed to support the Government’s National Missions, including the Clean Energy Superpower Mission.

This unique opportunity will influence and shape the delivery of this programme. Further information on the role and RDMP can be found here.

The CESM challenge focuses on advancing research and innovation to help the UK achieve the mission’s most immediate milestone: delivering Clean Power by 2030. The Director role can be full or part time, including secondments and other flexible arrangements for interested/suitable candidates.
