The British Institute for Energy Economics held its biennial academic conference – its ninth – in Oxford on September 19-20, 2012. A total of 150 delegates attended three plenary and ten parallel sessions, together with the Research Roadshow in which PhD students gave poster-based presentations on their work. Prof. Richard Green,  the conference chair,  produced a summary report of the plenary sessions .
